About Nine Men's Morris
Nine Men's Morris has been played for at least 2,000 years: its board has been found carved into Roman buildings, medieval churches and even a Viking ship. Each player has nine pieces. First take turns placing them on the dots, then take turns moving them along the lines.
Three of your pieces in a straight line make a mill, and a mill lets you take one of your opponent's pieces (one that isn't in a mill, if you can). Move a piece out of a mill and back again to make it twice! With only three pieces left you can fly to any empty dot.
You win when your opponent has two pieces left or can't move. Play the computer on easy, medium or hard, or a friend on the same device.
