A game of clever planning played since Roman times: its board has been found carved into ancient stones, temples and even a Viking ship!
HOW TO PLAY
Each player has 9 pieces. Take turns placing them on the empty dots.
Three of your pieces in a straight line along a line of the board make a mill. When you make a mill, take one of your opponent’s pieces off the board (not one that is in a mill, unless they are all in mills).
When all pieces are placed, take turns moving a piece along a line to the next empty dot. Moving out of a mill and back in makes a new mill!
When you have only 3 pieces left, you can fly: move a piece to any empty dot.
You win when your opponent has only 2 pieces, or can’t move.
