About Drone Coder 3D
Drone Coder 3D teaches the first ideas of coding in three dimensions. Build a program by tapping the step buttons: forward one square, turn left, turn right, go up one level, go down. Then tap Run and watch the drone follow it exactly, step by step. Collect every star and end on the green H pad, sometimes on the roof of a tower; fly into a tower and the drone bumps and stops, so you fix the program and try again (that is called debugging).
There are 15 levels. From level 6 some levels allow Repeat, which runs your whole program two, three or four times: a staircase is just "up, forward" three times, and a square is "forward, forward, left" four times. The game works out the shortest program without repeat for every level, and matching it earns three stars; a clever loop can beat it. Coins buy new drones.
With red-green, red-blue or red-cyan 3D glasses the towers stand up out of the screen and the drone flies at real heights; it plays in colour without glasses too. Drag to turn the city round. A checking script finds the best program for every level, runs it to make sure it wins, and checks that every loop level has a short loop solution.
