Drone Coder 3D

Do you have 3D glasses? Red-green, red-blue and red-cyan glasses all work.
You can change this any time from the menu.

Check the 3D

How deep?

Less depth is easier on the eyes. More depth pops out more.

1. Hide the green bar

Put the glasses on and cover the eye behind the green lens, so you look only through the red lens. Slide left until the green bar disappears.

2. Hide the red bar

Now cover the eye behind the red lens, so you look only through the green lens. Slide left until the red bar disappears.
3D mode is just a fun way to play. If your eyes feel tired, take a break or play without glasses.

HOW TO PLAY

  1. Tap the buttons to build a program: โฌ†๏ธ fly forward one square, โ†ฐ turn left, โ†ฑ turn right, ๐Ÿ”ผ go up one level, ๐Ÿ”ฝ go down. โŒซ deletes the last step.
  2. Tap โ–ถ RUN and the drone follows your program, one step at a time.
  3. Collect every โญ and end the program on the green landing pad. Don't fly into a tower or off the edge!
  4. Left and right are the drone's own left and right: look at its yellow nose to see which way it faces.
  5. ๐Ÿ” Repeat (on the loop levels, from level 6) runs your whole program 2, 3 or 4 times. A staircase is just "up, forward" again and again! That is called a loop.
  6. Use as few steps as the best program for โญโญโญ. Stars earn coins for new drones.

HOW 3D WORKS

  1. Try this: look at your finger with one eye, then the other. It jumps! Your brain uses the jump between your two eyes to see depth: stereo vision.
  2. The game draws the world twice, from two eyes a little apart, in red and in green (or blue). The glasses give each eye its own picture, so tall towers stand up towards you.
  3. Real drones are programmed like this too. Delivery and camera drones follow lists of steps called waypoints, and engineers use loops so a short program can do a big job.
