About Word Wizard
Word Wizard is a vocabulary game. Every right answer fills a magic orb, and six orbs teach you a new spell for your Spell Book. Opposites asks for the opposite of words like hot, early and float, and watch out: some wrong answers mean the same instead!
Same Meaning finds word twins like happy and glad, or enormous and huge. Word Detective shows a new word in a sentence, like famished or fragile, and you work out what it means from the clues around it. Sound-Alikes are words that sound the same but mean different things: sea and see, knight and night, their and there.
Every answer explains the word, and you can tap to hear it read aloud. Your stars move you up from Apprentice to Grand Wizard. Your progress is saved on this device.
