About Treasure Map
Treasure Map teaches real map skills on four pirate islands. A parrot gives the clues: dig at square C4, say what is at E2, or find which square the volcano is in. Grid squares work like on real maps: the letter goes along the top and the number goes down the side.
Compass Cove brings in north, south, east and west: start at the tent, walk three squares north, and tap where you end up. Windy Bay adds north-east, south-west and the other in-between directions, and Skull Rock has whole trails of clues that lead to buried treasure.
Every map you finish adds a treasure to your chest. A hint lights up the right row and column, or shows the first step of the trail. Your progress is saved on this device.
