About Sentence Builder
Sentence Builder is a reading and writing game. Look at the picture, then tap the mixed-up word tiles in order to build a sentence about it. A sentence starts with a capital letter and ends with a full stop, a question mark or an exclamation mark, and the game helps you notice both.
Little Sentences have three or four words. Longer Sentences have up to seven, and the order has to make sense with the picture. Questions and Joins has questions and longer sentences joined with and, so, but and because, plus one trick word that does not belong.
When a sentence is wrong, the words you got right stay in place, so you can see where it went wrong. Every sentence you build goes into your Story Book, where you can hear it read aloud. Your progress is saved on this device.
