About Merge Drop
Merge Drop is a stacking and merging game with real bouncy physics. Slide along the top of the box and let go to drop. When two of the same touch, they join into the next one up the ladder, and that new one can merge again, so one good drop can set off a chain. If the pile reaches past the dotted line and stays there, the game is over.
There are four ladders. Fruits go from a cherry to a watermelon. Numbers double each time, 2 + 2 = 4, 4 + 4 = 8, all the way to 2048, which is great practice for doubling. Space goes from Pluto and the Moon up to the Sun in their real size order, and Animals go from a mouse to a whale, lightest to heaviest.
Each new step you reach goes into your discovery album, and reaching step 7 or scoring 1,500 points unlocks the Space and Animal ladders. A robot dropped thousands of balls to check the physics: nothing escapes the box, merges always make the right next step, and every game comes to an end.
