About Letter Balloons 3D
Letter Balloons 3D is a gentle first-letters game for young children. Balloons float up the screen, each carrying a letter or a number, and a picture asks the question: a cat, "Cat starts with...?" The question is read out loud by the phone's own voice, so children who cannot read yet can play, and the speaking button says it again. Pop the right balloon to hear "Yes! Cat starts with C"; a wrong one just wobbles.
Twelve levels cover first sounds for every letter from A to Z (except X), finding the small letter that goes with a big one (B and b, d and p are tricky), and counting ladybirds up to ten, then mix them all. There is no timer and no way to lose: balloons that float away come back. Every letter and number answered right the first time adds a picture sticker to the album, 35 in all.
With red-green, red-blue or red-cyan 3D glasses the balloons float at different depths, some right out of the screen; without glasses it plays in bright colour. A checking script makes sure every picture word starts with its letter and every question has exactly one right balloon.
