Prices and journeys are simplified for the game. The Silk Road was really a web of routes used for about 1,500 years, and most goods passed through many traders' hands.
HOW TO PLAY
You start in a city with some coins and camels. Each camel carries 2 crates.
In the market, + buys a crate and β sells one. Goods are cheap (green) where they are made and expensive (red) far away.
Choose a city to travel to. Each trip takes days and costs coins for food and water.
Buy low, carry it far, sell high! Watch for bandits and sandstorms on later journeys.
When the days run out, everything you still carry is sold at half price. Reach the coin goals for β ββ βββ.
Every new city adds a page to your traveller's journal.
