Letter Lattice 3D

Do you have 3D glasses? Red-green, red-blue and red-cyan glasses all work.
You can change this any time from the menu.

How deep?

Less depth is easier on the eyes. More depth pops out more.

1. Hide the green bar

Put the glasses on and cover the eye behind the green lens, so you look only through the red lens. Slide left until the green bar disappears.

2. Hide the red bar

Now cover the eye behind the red lens, so you look only through the green lens. Slide left until the red bar disappears.
3D mode is just a fun way to play. If your eyes feel tired, take a break or play without glasses.

HOW TO PLAY

  1. 27 letters float in a cube, 3 by 3 by 3. Some hidden words are in it. The boxes above the cube show how many letters each word has, and the topic tells you what kind of words they are.
  2. Tap the letters of a word in order. Each letter must touch the last one: next to it, above or below, corner to corner, or just in front or behind.
  3. When you spell a hidden word it is found! Tap the last letter again (or โ†ฉ) to take it back, โœ– to start again.
  4. Drag the cube to turn it and peek at letters in the middle.
  5. ๐Ÿ’ก shows the first letter of a word. Find them all with no hints for โญโญโญ (one hint gets โญโญ).

HOW 3D WORKS

  1. Try this: hold up a finger and look at it with one eye, then the other. It jumps! Your brain uses the jump between your eyes to see depth: stereo vision.
  2. The game draws the cube twice, from two eyes a little apart, in red and in green (or blue). The glasses give each eye its own picture, so the front layer of letters floats out of the screen and the back layer sinks in.
  3. Cube fact: a letter in the very middle of the cube touches 26 other letters! On a flat word search a letter only touches 8. That is why 3D word searches hide words in so many directions.
