Healthy Plate 3D

Do you have 3D glasses? Red-green, red-blue and red-cyan glasses all work.
You can change this any time from the menu.

How deep?

Less depth is easier on the eyes. More depth pops out more.

1. Hide the green bar

Put the glasses on and cover the eye behind the green lens, so you look only through the red lens. Slide left until the green bar disappears.

2. Hide the red bar

Now cover the eye behind the red lens, so you look only through the green lens. Slide left until the red bar disappears.
3D mode is just a fun way to play. If your eyes feel tired, take a break or play without glasses.

HOW TO PLAY

  1. Foods come down the belt one after another. Tap the food group of the one nearest your plate before it gets there.
  2. ๐ŸŽ Fruit ยท ๐Ÿฅฆ Vegetables ยท ๐Ÿž Grains (bread, rice, pasta) ยท ๐Ÿ— Protein (meat, fish, eggs, nuts) ยท ๐Ÿฅ› Dairy (milk, cheese) ยท ๐Ÿฉ Sometimes (sweets, cakes, chips: fine as a treat, not every day).
  3. Get it wrong and you learn which group it belongs to. Sort 90% right for โญโญโญ.
  4. A healthy plate is about half fruit and vegetables, with some grains and protein, and dairy on the side.

HOW 3D WORKS

  1. Try this: look at your finger with one eye, then the other. It jumps! Your brain uses the jump between your eyes to see depth: stereo vision.
  2. The game draws the belt twice, from two eyes a little apart, in red and in green (or blue). The glasses give each eye its own picture, so food far up the belt is deep inside the screen and food near your plate comes out of it.
  3. Food science: each food group does a different job. Grains give energy, protein builds muscles, dairy builds bones, and fruit and vegetables give vitamins that help you fight germs. Eating from all the groups keeps your whole body working.
