HOW TO PLAY

1. An equation is like a balance: both sides are worth the same. Your job is to get x on its own, like x = 4.
2. Tap any part of the equation to see what you can do with it, like "Take away 3 from both sides".
3. Whatever you do to one side, the game does to the other side too, so it stays balanced.
4. Your working is written down underneath, like in a maths book. When x is free, the game checks your answer in the first equation.
5. Solve it in the fewest moves for ⭐⭐⭐. A hint shows the best next move but costs a star.
