Fish Tank 3D

Do you have 3D glasses? Red-green, red-blue and red-cyan glasses all work.
You can change this any time from the menu.

How deep?

Less depth is easier on the eyes. More depth pops out more.

1. Hide the green bar

Put the glasses on and cover the eye behind the green lens, so you look only through the red lens. Slide left until the green bar disappears.

2. Hide the red bar

Now cover the eye behind the red lens, so you look only through the green lens. Slide left until the red bar disappears.
3D mode is just a fun way to play. If your eyes feel tired, take a break or play without glasses.

HOW TO PLAY

  1. ๐Ÿค Feed: tap the water and food flakes sink from that spot. Hungry fish swim over and eat them. Don't drop too much at once: food that falls to the bottom makes the water dirty.
  2. ๐Ÿงฝ Clean: green algae grows on the glass. Rub it with your finger to wipe it off.
  3. ๐Ÿ” Look: tap a fish to see its name, how hungry it is and a fact about it.
  4. Happy fish (fed, in clean water) make ๐Ÿš shells. Spend them in the ๐Ÿ›’ shop on new fish and decorations.
  5. Your fish never get ill. While you are away they just get hungry and the glass gets a bit green, so come back and look after them!

HOW 3D WORKS

  1. Try this: look at your finger with one eye, then the other. It jumps! Your eyes see from two places, and your brain uses the jump to judge distance: stereo vision.
  2. The game draws the tank twice, from two eyes a little apart, in red and in green (or blue). The glasses give each eye its own picture, so fish at the front swim out of the screen and fish at the back swim deep inside.
  3. Fish see differently from us! Many fish have eyes on the sides of their heads, so each eye sees a different side and they can see almost all the way round. Hunting fish like sharks have eyes that look more forwards, like ours, to judge distance.
