About FreeCell Junior
FreeCell Junior teaches FreeCell, the patience game where almost every deal can be won with careful thinking because all the cards are face up. Build each suit home from Ace upwards, stack cards in the columns going down in alternating colours, and use the free cells to park a card while you dig for the one you need.
The levels start with a tiny deck of Aces to fives and plenty of free cells, then add more cards and take away free cells, ending with the classic 52-card game with four cells. A built-in solver checks every deal before you play, so each one really can be won, and the hint button shows the next move of a real winning plan.
Moving a run of cards together works the way it does in real FreeCell: the more free cells and empty columns you have, the longer the run you can move. Cards that are safe to go home move there by themselves. Win without hints or undo for three stars, and stars unlock new table colours.
