About Card Maker
Card Maker lets kids make five kinds of cards: a postcard (picture on the front, message on the back), a folded greeting card that opens with a message inside, a party invitation (what, when, where and RSVP), an award certificate (Best Teacher, Kindness Award, World’s Best Mom and more) and a bookmark. Each one starts from an idea, such as thank you, happy birthday, get well soon or a sleepover, or from a blank card.
Decorate with 14 backgrounds (or certificate borders), stickers and big words that you move, resize and turn with your finger, and crayons including a rainbow crayon. When you write, sentence starters and kind words help you get going, and a friendly writing helper counts your sentences and reminds you about capital letters.
When it is done, send it with your device (ask a grown-up first), save it as pictures, or print it: the folded card prints on one sheet and folds into a card that opens, invitations print two to a page, awards fill a page, and bookmarks fold over. Cards are saved on this device in My cards, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to share it.
